These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RoveaLine iOS application and related services (the “Services”). RoveaLine is a color studio for capturing interior spaces, extracting palettes, organizing swatches by room, and restyling room photos with image-to-image generation.
By downloading, accessing, or using RoveaLine, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
RoveaLine lets you:
- Capture or select a photo of a space and extract a color palette on device;
- Save palettes to named spaces (for example Living Room or Kitchen) in an on-device Archive;
- Browse inspiration palettes and restyle an uploaded room photo to match a selected palette using our self-developed image-to-image models;
- Purchase consumable credits used for extraction and generation.
Features, credit costs, and availability may change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services.
2. Generation Ownership
Image-to-image restyle is powered exclusively by self-developed AI models that we run ourselves. We do not outsource generation to third-party AI platforms, and we do not transmit your creative uploads to external AI vendors for inference, training, or retention on their systems.
Subject to these Terms, you retain rights in photos you upload. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use generated restyles and extracted palettes for your own interior-design reference. You are responsible for having the right to photograph a space and to use any image you upload.
3. Facial Data Stance
RoveaLine does not collect facial data, facial biometrics, templates, or faceprints, and does not identify people by face. Interior photos are processed as whole images for color extraction or room restyle only. The Services are not a face-recognition or identity product.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use RoveaLine only with a parent or guardian’s consent. The Services are not directed to children under 13.
5. Guest Use
RoveaLine is provided in guest mode. No registered account is required. Nickname, avatar, saved palettes, spaces, and credits live on this device only. You are responsible for that local data. Settings → Delete Account wipes palettes, spaces, profile data, and credits on that device and cannot be undone.
6. Credits and In-App Purchases
Color extraction and image-to-image generation consume credits displayed in the app (for example extraction and restyle each show their cost before you confirm). Credits are consumable digital goods. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable between Apple IDs or devices except as Apple’s systems allow.
Payments are processed by Apple. Prices are shown in the Credit Store. Refunds are handled solely under Apple’s App Store terms, including Apple Support and reportaproblem.apple.com. Unused credits on this device may be forfeited if you erase guest data from Settings.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use RoveaLine to generate or upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Services;
- Misrepresent generated images as unaided photographs of a real space when that would be misleading in a commercial listing;
- Use the Services to identify, track, or profile individuals by appearance.
We may refuse or remove content and may suspend access if you violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
RoveaLine, including the app name, design, bundled inspiration assets, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer our trademarks or code to you.
9. Disclaimer
Palettes, color names, and restyled images are creative references, not certified paint matches or architectural advice. Lighting, screens, and print can shift how a color appears. Use the Services at your own risk. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoveaLine and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, credits, or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim, or ten US dollars, whichever is greater.
11. Apple-Specific Terms
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and RoveaLine, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the app purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product-liability claims, regulatory claims, or consumer-protection claims. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is published with the Services.
